How the Process Works

Receive an Offer
No Haggling- We do not believe in price haggling and will give you our best price up front.

We use factors such as model, condition, gigabytes and carrier status to determine the highest payout amount possible.
​

New- Device is has never been opened and is still in factory packaging. (in some cases a device that has not been opened but not activated will still be considered new)
​
Open Box- Factory seals have been broken but device remains in mint condition , included accessories have not been opened or used.
​
Like New- Device is in mint condition has 0 scratches (big or small). Device does not include factory packaging.
​
Good Condition- Device has light signs of use and is fully functional.
​
Fair- Device has significant signs of use that can be but not limited to heavy scratching, one or more deep scratches, or a heavily scratched frame.
​
Damaged- Device has one or more the following; cracked screen, damaged LCD, cracked back, cracked camera lens cover, no face id, or bad battery.

*Fair and Damaged devices receive deductions based on each devices specific damages. In MAJORITY OF CASES we will provide all the deductions before a meetup is scheduled.

​
Factory Unlocked​- Device has been purchased straight from the manufacturer and is not attached to a wireless carrier
Network Unlocked- Device was purchased from a wireless carrier and has since been unlocked by said carrier
Carrier Locked- Device has not met the wireless carriers requirements to be unlocked and can not be used with other networks

*Carrier and Network unlocked devices receive higher payout amounts due to their ability to be used by multiple networks.

Meet Up
Once a selling price is agreed upon we ask that you reset your device to factory settings, doing so in person can take between 10-20 minutes if your information has not been backed up.
WE DO NOT BUY ICLOUD OR GOOGLE LOCKED DEVICES.

Meet up Location
Safety is a must for every transaction. We typically meet at(in) public locations such as Starbucks, Target, or the police station.
Time
After a selling price and location is agreed upon will coordinate a meet up time to buy your device.
Life happens if you can't make your scheduled appointment on time please reach out to your assigned technician before the scheduled time.

Once we meet we will perform a brief inspection to confirm the status of the device. This usually takes no more than 3-5 minutes.
